Organic moringa oil is the facial and skincare oil you will be glad you discovered! Light, highly emollient without being greasy, bright, and seriously beneficial for your skin, organic Moringa oil should be added to all your skincare products.
Moringa trees are grown in/near the Indian continent, are a drought tolerant tree and have been used for years in traditional medicinal remedies. The oil itself is yellow to dark green and has a lovely earthy smell. This is a virgin oil, which means that it has not been processed to remove the natural aroma or the natural plant properties. If you get your bottle and it smells a little strong just un-cap it and allow it to release some air. It can build up with any virgin oil, so you have to allow it to breathe a little.
Organic moringa oil is known for its strong anti-oxidant, nutritional properties. Organic moringa oil is known to be penetrate into the skin cells delivering the healing properties, while leaving the top layer soft, moisturized but not greasy. Other oils that work great to treat the skin and not leave it heavy and greasy or the Oregon grown Hazelnut oil, Organic Jojoa oil and Organic Black Seed Oil. Try creating a skin serum using these, with some Meadowfoam, Organic Baobab, Daikon Seed Extract and a blend of clary sage, blue tansy and blood orange essential oils. Like a little dose of heaven for your face.

You can also added in organic babassu oil to create a creamy, whipped texture.
What about facial cleansing oils? This is such a great way to cleanse your face. Organic moringa oil can be used as a stand alone ingredient to was your face, or you can create a blend using organic castor oil, organic moringa oil and glycerin for a creamy, moisturizing cleanser. Organic moringa oil has high levels of cytokinins (promotes cellular growth, boosting natural collagen production), and high levels of natural oleic fatty acid.
