Clary sage essential oil has traditionally been used as an eye cleanser. It is said to help improve vision health, including brighten eyes and protect vision loss due to premature aging. We are not eye experts, nor are we trained in how to create an eye wash so we do not have a recommendation for this type of product, but it is pretty interesting!
Clary sage essential oil can be used to help fight depression. Add clary sage essential oil to a diffuser blend or to a hand cream, or lotion that can be used daily to help fight depression and anxiety. Blend clary sage with rose essential oil or neroli orl bergamot to create an uplifting, light blend.
Like dalmatian sage essential oil, clary sage is excellent for acne-fighting products. Clary sage has a very strong anti-bacterial component to it and it has linalyl acetate which helps to regulate sebum production, so include clary sage in your acne facial oil cleanser, serum, body wash, or lotion. Blend with oils such as organic extra virgin coconut, organic sea buckthorn, organic pomegranate and organic jojoba oil to a make an acne fighting cream!
Wound healing salve- clary sage has strong antiseptic qualities, so add into your salve or ointment to be applied topically to wounds like scars, burns, scrapes, bug bites, fungal infections and more.
Essential oils are sold in 1-ounce amber glass bottles, 4-ounce amber glass bottles, 8-ounce amber glass bottles, 16-ounce amber glass bottles, 5-pound, 10-pound, and 25-pound sizes. 25 pound sizes may have a later ship date depending on stock on hand.
