Read More..How does Store Pickup Work
Store Pickup means that you will come in to our Milwaukie, Oregon store and pick up your order. Once you place a Store Pickup order with us, we will email you when it is ready. Store Pickup orders are usually processed within about two hours, but it all depends on how many orders we have to process. All orders are made in the order they are received. You are welcome to come in anytime after you have received the email to pick up your order. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email as it may contain a copy of your invoice and often gets sent to spam.
Read More..ShippingOrders under 450 pounds are generally shipped UPS ground. Shipping can be calculated right on the website. We know shipping is expensive! We don’t make any profit on shipping, it is just what UPS charges us.
Pallet sized orders will be shipped using Echo Logistics. Freight can be calculated directly on the website.
If you have a small order, please call us directly as we can often ship via USPS and save you.

Natural Flavors are in high demand in the industry right now, but delivering an actual consistent flavor that can be oil soluble without using chemicals or alcohol is tricky. Most natural flavors are made either using glycerin or MCT oils, adding in a solvent like alcohol, propylene glycol, or triacetin, then the flavor compounds to create the aromatic flavor. We have opted to use MCT oils and either triacetin or ethyl alcohol as we feel they give the best performance with the cleanest possible ingredients. These are used typically in lip balms, so we wanted to make sure when your customers lick their lips they aren’t getting toxic chemicals.
How to Use Natural Flavors – many of these flavors have low flash points compared to fragrances. That is because these are not meant to be used in candles, rather to be used in skincare applications. You will add these into oil based formulas and add them at the very end of your process, right before pouring into your containers. You want the formula to be as cool as possible so you can get the most flavor.
Our natural flavor oils are sold in 0.5-ounce amber glass bottles, 1-ounce amber glass bottles with a dropper, 4-ounce amber glass bottles, 8-ounce amber glass bottles, 16-ounce amber glass bottles, 5-pound aluminum bottles, 10-pound BPA free HDPE jerricans and 25-pound cans.

If we shipped you the incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or refund your account.

Hawaii Orders- Larger orders over 200 pounds to Hawaii can be shipped via Honolulu Freight and will save you $$. All other orders, regardless of size, should be emailed in to us. The website will calculate UPS and will charge you more than necessary. We can ship via USPS and save you .
