Watermelon Lemonade Fragrance

Shay and Company is proud to present a small selection of fragrances for soap and candle making. All our fragrances are suitable for skincare products, cold process soap making and candle making. We understand the value of having scent options other than essential oils and we have worked hard to create a line of high quality, natural based, clean products for our customers.

Note on fragrance names- There is no regulation on fragrance names with the FDA, and fragrance names do not represent any specific ingredient like essential oils do. You can call any fragrance whatever name you want to call it, so get imaginative with your fragrance names!

This fragrance is good enough to drink! Think Watermelon Margaritas, or even better, Strawberry Watermelon Slushies. This is Watermelon and Lemonade, but it has such a great sweet note you could call this one Strawberry and totally get away with it. You could also call it Tutti Frutti, Strawberry Bubble Gum, or Summer Love. Blend with this some Coco Cream and it could be Watermelon Cream. This would also blend well with Neroli Citron and it makes the most lovely, slightly fruity aroma.

California Proposition 65
Contains substance identified in the revised list of the California Safe Cosmetic program SB 484 (as stated in Proposition 65 revised list: MYRCENE.

Ingredient: Beta-Mycrene, CAS 123-35-3. This is naturally derived from Orange Essential Oil.

California Proposition 65 for products falling below safe harbor levels.
This formula does contain 100% natural essential oils of which may contain myrcene which is on the Prop 65 list. We believe the volume in the end product falls below the safe harbor levels designated by Prop 65 and therefore this product does not have a Prop 65 warning. Please see our letter on Prop 65 warnings.

Less than 51% Naturally Derived– this means that these are a blend of natural and synthetic ingredients, but the natural is less than 51% of the formula. Some scents just cannot be created using natural ingredients. These are still very good ingredients; they just aren’t from nature.

Endocrine disrupting properties
Does not contain an endocrine disruptor (ED) in a concentration of ≥ 0.1%.

Fragrances are sold in 1-ounce amber glass bottles, 4-ounce amber glass bottles, 8-ounce amber glass bottles, 16-ounce amber glass bottles, 5-pound, 10-pound, and 25-pound sizes. 25 pound sizes may have a later ship date depending on stock on hand. Do not apply directly to skin. Most fragrance oils are not designed to be applied directly, rather they are designed to be mixed with a carrier oil such as our organic sunflower or organic jojoba oils.  Always perform a small patch test when applying to skin.

Do not take internally unless you are licensed to apply them as such.
