Beet juice powder is an excellent natural colorant for all your soap, skin and bath products! Beet Juice Powder can range from a true pink color to a darker fuchsia, all depending on the individual plant and the time of year. Beet Root Powder does have a very mild, earthy aroma to it.
Plant based materials that are naturally vibrant in color are the ones with the highest levels of natural anti-oxidants, and Organic Beet Juice Powder is bright pink to fuchsia! Power right there in that little dirt-flavored root. Anti-oxidants, when incorporated in skincare formulas, help to fight off damage from free radicals, help to decrease signs of aging and wrinkles, and help to boost natural cellular repair.
When it comes to our colorants, we are choosing to only carry plant based colors. This means that you have to work a little to get the full color range, but it also means there are NO chemicals in your products. Just 100% plant, and Kandra’s book takes all the guesswork out and she tells you just how to use plant based colors.
Organic Beet Juice Powder can be used as more than just a color. Did you know that beet juice powder has a massive amount of naturally occurring vitamin C? This makes adding Organic Beet Juice powder into your skincare formulas, like facial mask, lip treatments, body scrubs, etc. a super powerful ingredient. Regular topical use of products containing beet juice powder is said to help dimmish dark/sun spots and to help fade acne scars. Organic Red Beet Juice Powder also makes a great natural colorant for lip balms and stains. You get the same vitamin c benefit when used in lip treatments, too!
Organic Beet Juice is super high in anti-oxidants and natural Vitamin C. If you’re creating a vitamin C line, include beet juice into your serums and creams. Other natural sources of Vitamin C are Organic Sea Buckthorn Oil, Cold Pressed Carrot Seed Oil, Organic Rosehip Seed Oil, Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil, Cold Pressed Noni Fruit Oil, and Red Raspberry Seed Oil.
Looking to create a face scrub for your product line? Make sure to use clays and seed powders as they are powerful treatments and can be left on for 2-20 minutes, then scrubbed off to boost that power. Dry scrubs are an excellent way to get a scrub into the hands of your clients, without having to worry about a preservative. Just package in a bottle with a shaker lid or in a bottle with an easy pour opening, and then activate with water or an oil.
