Spearmint and peppermint essential oils are from the same family, but spearmint contains much less menthol, giving spearmint a sweeter, softer mint scent. Spearmint is a clear oil and can be added to any formula from skincare to dental care and household cleansers.
Spearmint and peppermint essential oils, both, have excellent benefits on digestive issues. Topical applications through rubs or oils, or inhaling pure spearmint essential oil, or taking it internally can help relieve gas pains and reduce bloating.
Spearmint, just like peppermint, is also excellent at reducing nausea. Try creating a roller-ball blend using a base of glycerin, fractionated coconut and adding a blend of spearmint, peppermint and pink grapefruit to help calm the stomach.
Spearmint oil has been said to help increase circulation and stimulate blood flow. This can be helpful to heal wounds. Try adding spearmint to your CBD salves or oils, or to a bath soak blend of Epsom salt and dead sea salt, to help increase blood flow and expel toxins.
Spearmint is also said to help control food cravings. You can add spearmint essential oil directly to your water (one or two drops is all it takes), or create a diffuser blend that can be dispense throughout the day.
Essential oils are sold in 0.5 ounce amber glass, 1 ounce amber glass, 4 ounce amber glass, 8 ounce amber glass, 16 ounce amber glass, 5 pound and 10 pound sizes.
Do not apply directly to skin. Most essential oils are not designed to be applied directly, rather they are designed to be mixed with a carrier oil such as our organic sunflower or organic jojoba oils. Always perform a small patch test when applying to skin.
Do not take internally unless you are licensed to apply them as such.

Again- I appreciate being able to source USA grown essential oils. This one is what you hope for in a spearmint – bright, green, happy, minty and slightly sweet. No musty hay notes that some can have, this is true to the herb.
Performs beautifully in CP soap with good true scent retention. 12 weeks into cure time and you know they are spearmint! Blends beautifully with their Oregon grown peppermint EO!
