Welcome to the lineup, lavender butter! This a hydrogenated butter base that has lavender extracted into it! You can use this butter straight or you can add into your products like soaps, body butters, lip balms, facial cleansing creams, foot creams, etc. Lavender butter will make an excellent addition to your product lineup!
Lavender butter is light tan in color with a mild lavender smell.
Lavender butter is made by extracting lavender into the sweet almond oil, then blending with hydrogenated vegetable oil to create a temperature stable butter. Hydrogenated vegetable oil is just a high vortexed vegetable oil base that allows this butter to remain creamy.
Lavender butter can be used in any product you would use a creamy base in. Try blending with Oregon Hazelnut oil, and Organic Shea butter, then whipping to create a lovely whipped body butter. Or blend lavender butter, vanilla butter and a whipped foaming butter to create a whipped foaming butter! Or try adding lavender butter and our Organic Buena Vista Lavender Essential oil into your next batch of lavender soaps. This base will add that beautiful creamy texture and not be temperature sensitive like coconut oil or palm oil.
Lavender butter can also be blended in with other essential oils to create a magical smelling body butter. Try blending with menthol, peppermint, wintergreen and spearmint to create a soothing and cooling foot butter; or maybe try blending Yuzu, Bergamot and Lemongrass essential oils for a lovely citrus pop.
Lavender butter, like any of our butter bases, can be used just as it is. You don’t have to add anything else to it if you don’t want to.
Lavender butter is sold in 1 pound biodegradable bags, 5-pound BPA-free bucket, and 5-gallon (40-pound) BPA-free buckets. Please email us directly for orders over 5 40-pound buckets.
