Cardamom essential oil elicits all the wonderful memories of sugar and spice cookies. This warm spice adds the distinct pop to any soothing, warming blend. Cardamom seed oil can be used in everything from mouthwash and toothpaste to muscle rubs and respiratory relief diffuser blends.

Natural toothpastes, toothpowders and pulling oils have taken the natural market by storm. There are so many essential oils that can help keep teeth clean and prevent future issues. Cardamom seed oil is one of those. Any essential oils used in products for the mouth should be closely monitored and the usage rate should be followed so as not to burn the sensitive skin.

Cardamom seed oil is said to have strong antimicrobial and antibacterial properties. It is an excellent addition to any healing salve or skin cleansing treatment. Cardamom, clove, menthol and vetiver would smell great together in a natural salve or foot rub!

Love the smell of cardamom in foods? Well, you can use cardamom essential oil in your food and flavorings. It makes a great addition to MCT oil, natural coffee creamers, and various other sauces or baked goods. A few drops is all you need. Peppermint essential oil is also super yummy in your coffee creamer!

Cardamom seed oil can also be added to massage oils and massage candles. Cardamom blends well with clove bud or clove leaf essential oil, cinnamon essential oil, cacao (chocolate) essential oil, coffee essential oil, sweet orange essential oil, vanilla essential and both of our vanilla fragrances (non discoloring vanilla and warm vanilla sugar).

Looking to make a massage cream or anti-cellulite cream? How about our vanilla butter base with Oregon hazelnut oil to make it softer, then add a blend of cardamom, ginger, turmeric, black pepper and spearmint. This would be a great warming body butter or massage cream.
