If you love bright, citrus scents, you will love pink grapefruit essential oil. Grapefruit essential oils come in pink, white and standard. White grapefruit is a slightly less tart, softer version; standard grapefruit is citrusy and earthy; pink is bright and crisp. All three versions have the same plant benefits, but each will contribute a different smell and pink grapefruit has the highest levels of limonene.

Limonene (about 88-95% of grapefruit essential oils) is the primary effective ingredient in pink grapefruit essential oil. Limonene is known to as a cancer fighting anti-inflammatory that protects DNA and cells from damage. You can reap the benefits of the limonene from pink grapefruit essential oil both topically and through aromatherapy methods.

Diffuser blends- the options are endless with pink grapefruit.
• Blend with some patchouli to create an essential oil blend to help reduce sugar cravings. Add the pure essential oil blend to a diffuser or add to a body lotion or body butter and massage in when the cravings attack!
• Blend with lavender to create a calming blend, or mix with a little peppermint to create an air-clearing uplifting blend
