Shay and Company is proud to present a small selection of fragrances for soap and candle making. All our fragrances are suitable for skincare products, cold process soap making and candle making. We understand the value of having scent options other than essential oils and we have worked hard to create a line of high quality, natural based, clean products for our customers.
We now offer both cedar fragrance and cedar essential oil. Both have the woodsy, clean smell of Cedar but the benefit of having both is that you can use them together in a product and have a stronger smell as the result. For example, a cedar candle using just essential oils will require a much higher overall content of essential oils that if you were to blend both the natural cedar fragrance and the cedar essential oil.
Our cedar fragrance has cool pine top notes, middle notes of Texas cedar and mossy, and bottom notes of wet soil and musk.

Do not apply directly to skin. Most essential oils are not designed to be applied directly, rather they are designed to be mixed with a carrier oil such as our organic sunflower or organic jojoba oils. Always perform a small patch test when applying to skin.
