ECO10 Candle Wicks

Shay and Company is constantly updating our product line based upon your requests. . We have a variety of wholesale candle wicks for you, all made from natural fibers, and all designed to be used in plant-based waxes. We offer some at the pre-cut 6” pre-tabbed size, then we offer some bulk candle wicks that you can cut to your own length. We also offer the wick tabs that can be used with our wicks AND with any wick you may have purchased elsewhere. Raw wicks are not coated, so they will be soft when you purchase them. You will need wick holders with all our wicks as they will soften when the wax is poured in. You will also need to cut each based upon the height of your candle container.

ECO Wicks constructed as a flat wick which is designed to help improve burn stability and keep the wick from curling. ECO wicks are made of cotton with specially treated paper filament interwoven to help increase the burn and reduce the afterglow commonly seen with standard paper wicks. ECO wicks are self-trimming and demonstrate minimal mushrooming and soot production.

HTP Wicks are 100% natural fibers, lead-free, and veggie coated to help the rigidity when using in candles. These wicks are ideal for all paraffin, soy, and coconut based candle waxes. HTP wicks are made using high performance natural fibers which helps increase rigidity and the benefits of a self-trimming wick.

HTP 105- 6” pre-cut, pre-tabbed wick. This wick is ideal for a 2-3” diameter container

HTP 126-6” pre-cut, pre-tabbed wick. This wick is ideal for a 3-4” diameter container

Stabilio wicks are made of cotton with paper fibers throughout the wick. Stabilio wicks are ideal for tealights, votives, pillars and container candles because of the increased rigidity and excellent burning capabilities for vegetable based waxes. Stabilio wicks are a flat braid with easy trimming capabilities.

StabilioKST wicks are ideal for all you coconut wax lovers! The CDN wick series are specifically constructed to excel in coconut based waxes. StabilioKST wicks are ideal for tealights, votives, pillars and container waxes. This wick series is made of all-natural fibers, with a flat braided wick and a special all-natural paper filament to provide maximum heat stability and wick trimming. StabilioKST wicks are designed to have minimal curl.

If you have larger containers, you will need to use more than one wick per container to sufficiently melt your wax.

As always, it is best to test your wicks in your specific candles to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
