Description
Shay and Company is proud to present a small selection of fragrances for soap and candle making. All our fragrances are suitable for skincare products, cold process soap making and candle making. We understand the value of having scent options other than essential oils and we have worked hard to create a line of high quality, natural based, clean products for our customers.
Note on fragrance names- There is no regulation on fragrance names with the FDA, and fragrance names do not represent any specific ingredient like essential oils do. You can call any fragrance whatever name you want to call it, so get imaginative with your fragrance names!
Rice Flower and Shea could be called our most kind scent. It is sweet, and soft, and gentle and would smell great in a soap or shampoo bar! If you’re looking for the grown-up version of baby powder, this just might be it. This beautiful scent would blend so well with lemon, yuzu, bergamot, lavender, tobacco and pine, toasted oak barrel, pomegranate, plumeria.
To make Cinnamon Spice you could do rice flower and shea, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg essential oils, and a little warm vanilla sugar. Oh so good.
You could mix rice flower and shea, lemon verbena fragrance and a little bit of amber and call it Amberwood.
You could also call this one Horchata, especially if you mixed in a little cinnamon!
Or Thai Iced Tea by mixing rice flower and shea, vanilla, a little orange 10x, and amber.
