Propylene glycol is a clear, odorless liquid that has uses in every industry from food preservation, to deodorants, skin care products, to e-vapor. Propylene glycol’s main purpose is to absorb extra water and maintain moisture levels in cosmetics and food products. It can also be used as a solvent for colorings and flavors.

Propylene Glycol helps to retain moisture on the skin, creating a dewey, moisturized look. When used in hair care products, Propylene Glycol can help to reduce frizz  and softens the hair.

Propylene glycol has been labeled as “generally recognized as safe” by the FDA, however they have not done further studies on the use of propylene glycol in e-vapor so customer should have an understanding that until further studies are done, the use of propylene glycol in e-vape solutions may cause long-term health problems.

Propylene Glycol is sold in 4-ounce, 8-ounce, 16-ounce, half-gallon, 1- gallon, and 5-gallon and 55-gallon sizes. Please email us directly for 55-gallon+ orders.

Short Term Storage: Air tight container. Dark location. Cool room temperature.

Long Term Storage: Removing air from storage container will delay oxidation and rancidity (may need to place in a smaller container). Refrigeration can extend shelf life.
