Find grind salts will dissolve completely in one sitting but coarse grind salts will not and can cause problems with the tubing over the long-run.

Fine grind pink Himalayan salts also make a great addition to soap bars or body scrubs. These salts will be fine enough to schluff off dead skin without being too coarse and scratching the skin. Try adding a small amount to the bottom of your soap molds before you pour the soap and let it harden.

To make a body scrub, try incorporating a little pink Himalayan a sea salt, organic shea butter, organic mango butter, Oregon hazelnut oil, and some exotics like tamanu oil or monoi oil to make a rich, hydrating body scrub. Add some essential oils like peppermint and pink grapefruit, or cinnamon, orange and ylang.

Coarse pink Himalayan salt can be used in conjunction with fine grind salt in a bath soak, or add it to your Neti pot or diffuser to enhance the mineral content and help to accelerate the detox levels.
