Nutmeg essential oil is an excellent spicy note to add to any of your soaps, skincare and aromatherapy blends. Nutmeg essential oil works in aromatherapy to help boost mood, relieve headaches, and to reduce stress, making it an excellent addition to shower steams, wax melts, candles and diffuser blends.

Nutmeg essential oil has compounds that both help to stimulate blood flow and release stress. Incorporating nutmeg essential oil into a diffuser blend of sweet orange essential oil, cardamom essential oil, rose essential oil and ylang ylang essential oil is said to help relieve feelings of stress and anxiety, and to help bring in more mental focus and clarity.

Nutmeg essential oil can help combat odors, including body odor. Include nutmeg essential oil into your natural deodorants, foot powders and foot spray, home cleaning products and laundry detergents. Nutmeg essential oil gives a great spicy note while allowing the other scents to shine. An excellent laundry blend would be nutmeg essential oil, cedar fragrance, and our Bali Coast fragrance. Woodsy, herbal and super fresh smelling!

Nutmeg essential oil has anti-inflammatory benefits and skin brightening effects. Nutmeg essential oil, in small amounts, would make an excellent addition to your skin brightening soap bar, scrub or facial oil serum.
