Dalmatian sage is a beautiful, soft, warm sage essential oil. When people refer to “sage” essential oil, Dalmatian sage is the one they are referencing. It is different from Spanish sage and clary sage essential oils. Sage comes from the Latin “salvere”, which means to save, and has historically been used to help “save” ones emotion and physical health.

Sage essential oil is an excellent oil to be used in aromatherapy products. Dalmatian sage essential oil has a calming, soothing sensation and this can be imparted through diffuser blends, shower steamers, and incense. Dalmatian sage essential oil can be used in roll-on oils, solid perfumes, deodorants, and more.

Dalmatian sage essential oil has been said to help reduce signs of stretch marks, scars and blemishes. Incorporate Dalmatian sage essential oil into your CBD salve or cream. Adding juniper essential oil and nutmeg essential oil will also help to relive joint pain and muscle aches.

Dalmatian sage has also been said to be very effective on skin-based bacteria, such as dandruff and athlete’s foot. Try adding dalmatian sage essential oil to your foot soaks, shoe sprays and hair serums (head to toe!).

Dalmatian Sage essential oil blends well with rosemary essential oil, cajeput essential oil, fir essential oil, clary sage essential oil, lemon essential oil, patchouli essential oil, palo santo essential oil, bergamot essential oil, and lavender essential oil.
