Colloidal Oats Liquid is a pre-hydrated version of colloidal oats, designed to increase rejuvenating benefits to both hair and skin. Colloidal Oats Liquid is made by finely grinding down the oats, then activating with water to produce an extract. Colloidal Oats Liquid is processed with the bran, which is the key working ingredient.
