Bay Leaf essential oil would be an excellent addition to salves, balms and acne treatment products. You can add Bay at a small percentage, 1% or so, and still reap all the benefits. Bay Leaf essential oil is a natural astringent, which means it is effective a combatting sebum production without drying out the skin. Bay Leaf would go great with Juniper, Rosemary, Myrrh and Frankincense in an Organic Witch Hazel spray.
Bay Leaf essential oil also helps to relieve muscle aches and soreness. We carry pure Magnesium Flakes and Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom) Salts. Create a bath soak blend using these two, add in a hydration oil like Oregon Hazelnut oil, and a powerful essential oil blend of Bay Leaf, Lavender, Peppermint, Roman Chamomile, and Rosemary. You could even add some Bentonite Clay to pull out impurities.
